University of Córdoba’s, Spain Mr. José Antonio López Castro Delivers Inspiring Erasmus+ Lectures at UMM
Malang, Indonesia – The Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang (UMM) proudly hosted Mr. José Antonio López Castro from the University of Córdoba, Spain, as part of the Erasmus+ Teaching Mobility program. The visit, held from November 11 to 15, 2024, was themed “Global Entrepreneurship and HR Management” and aimed to enrich the international academic experience of UMM students.
The sessions were designed to foster global business perspectives and cultural exchange, supporting both theoretical understanding and hands-on learning. Mr. José successfully encouraged UMM students to work in teams and present strategic business plans, stimulating collaborative thinking and public speaking confidence. His deep expertise sparked thought-provoking discussions and inspired students to broaden their perspectives on global business opportunities and HR strategies in today’s interconnected world.
One of the highlights of his visit was a session focused on developing business models within global entrepreneurship frameworks, where students demonstrated active participation and strong enthusiasm. The program concluded with a class presentation session.
The visit ended with a warm farewell and a group photo with participating students. Many expressed their appreciation for the opportunity to learn from an international lecturer and explore global dimensions of entrepreneurship.
The Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) and UMM’s International Relations Office extended their sincere gratitude to Mr. José for his contribution and look forward to continued academic cooperation with the University of Córdoba.
