Erasmus Mundus aims to enhance quality in higher education through scholarships and academic cooperation between Europe and the rest of the world.

What does Erasmus+ offer?

The programme offers financial support for institutions and scholarships for individuals.

Funding is available for:

  • European joint Mastersand Doctorates(including scholarships)
  • Partnershipswith non-European higher education institutions and scholarships for students and academics

MOVER is a mobility project funded by the European Commission Under the Erasmus Mundus programme, Action 2.

The aim of MOVER is to contribute to the Third Countries' challenges, as posed in their national plans of development, by upgrading the students and the staff academic level (particularly at postgraduate level) and to promote the design of joint degrees between the EU and the TC partners while encouraging the emergence of new ones in the TC institutions.

The partnership is coordinated by the University of Murcia, Spain, and composed by a Consortium of 23 Universities including Partners and Associates in Asia and Europe, one associate network, two NGOs and other associates. A total mobility of 115 individuals will be involved in educational and training activities from Asia to Europe.

The EU grants are available to undergraduates (bachelor), graduates (master) and doctoral students, but also postdoctoral researchers and academic staff members. Mobility scholarships range from 1000 to 2500 euro/months depending on the academic level, and Air tickets and Insurance are also provided to perform study and research activity at one of the partnered universities. Tuition fees are waived or covered by the programme.

ONE MORE STEP  is a mobility project funded by the European Commission Under the Erasmus Mundus programme, Action 2.

It aims at promoting sustainable development actions and policies in L13 Countries through academic mobility and enhanced networking, also trying to contribute to the achievement of MDGs by focusing on the valorisation of human resources and skills to foster local development with reduced footprint, competitiveness and sustainable research, innovation and technology transfer.
OMS moves forward the actions undertaken by Bridging the Gap EM ECW project to promote comprehensive, deeper relationships and cooperation with the scientific, economic and industrial components and the social foundations of the countries involved.

The partnership is coordinated by the University of Trento, Italy, and composed by a Consortium of 23 Universities including Partners and Associates in Asia and Europe, two associate networks and three NGOs .
A total mobility of 138 individuals will be involved in educational and training activities from Asia to Europe.
